A web and mobile platform for participating in business events, communicating, and being a part of a business community
We created an advanced and convenient ecosystem that comprises a landing page, mobile app, and web admin panel. The initial request was to build an MVP for the Level UP 2019 conference so that all attendees could have convenient access to first-source information on this business event. When the conference successfully ended, and our MVP received good feedback from the client and conference participants, we started product upgrades. In the series of brainstorming meetings, we created a set of functionalities and features perfect for the platform. After the client approved them, we enriched the platform with new capabilities and solutions like private chatting, in-app ticket purchasing, creating and advertising personal business events, etc.

Our client needed a digital platform for their conference back in 2019. The platform needed to include a landing page with detailed information on the upcoming and past events, tickets, materials, archives, and contact information. Also, the client wanted a mobile application so that people attending the conference could have all the information about it, view other participants and chat with them, etc.
Of course, the platform additionally needed an admin panel to give the conference attendees up-to-date information on lectures, speakers, stages, schedule, refreshment time, afterparty, etc.
We enjoyed working on the project! Even though it was long-term and the platform has complex functionality and architecture, there were no technical challenges. We’ve generated a set of possible functionalities and features during the series of brainstorm meetings and presented it to the client. After they approved our suggestions, the only thing we needed to do was to add the most fitting back-end, front-end, and mobile technologies to the ideas. Our goal was to turn the ideas into a platform that allows its users to participate in events, share knowledge, communicate, and be a part of a community.
We could say that we built a digital platform for business events, but in reality, we created a place with an ecosystem that allows business owners, politicians, and public figures to build a community where they can share experience, communicate, create and advertise their own business events, and invite other mobile app users to participate. Since many Level UP Ukraine app members are very busy people who don’t have time to fill their profiles with all necessary information, we made sure the platform includes the functionality that solves this problem.
The mobile application was implemented as two native apps for iOS and Android platforms to ensure high-quality integration with smartphones. The app offers its users various options like purchase tickets, view upcoming and archived events, view profiles of other users and chat with them, make their contact information visible only to specific users, etc.
Web admin panel allows administrators to create business events, set ticket prices and bonuses, add all necessary information on each Level UP event. Also, they can manage mobile app users and their complaints, block and unblock users, view payment transactions, moderate ticket purchasing, and others.
